How do I send money?
Message AchiPay on WhatsApp and tell us who you'd like to pay and how much. We'll guide you through confirming the transfer.
How do I top up my wallet?
After onboarding, you'll receive a way to fund your AchiPay wallet from your bank. Your wallet is credited automatically once the transfer clears.
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers complete in minutes. Timing can vary slightly depending on the destination country and its banking network.
What if my phone is lost or stolen?
Go to achipay.com/block-account and enter your email and PIN to block your account immediately. Or email help@achipay.com.
How do I verify my identity?
AchiPay sends an identity verification request on WhatsApp. You'll be asked for a government-issued ID appropriate to your country.
